2nd Sunday of Advent at St. E's ~ Fr. Jim's Jots

Special thanks to Connie Hom for supplying the kits for the advent wreaths that were made last week following the Reconciliation Service.  It was wonderful to see so many people celebrate the sacrament of God's love, forgiveness and mercy.  Add to that, as a special time that will go by quickly.  I hope you will spend some time in prayer to think about our many blessings.

Next Sunday, December 16th, after Mass, we will decorate the church for Christmas.  If your schedule permits, your help is needed and welcomed.

Thank you to those who participated in helping with the "Jesse Tree" and the outpouring of generosity to help with gifts for those in need.

The year has gone by so quickly; I am grateful and blessed for being assigned to St. Elizabeth.
