Fr. Jim's Jots - Fifth Sunday in Ordinary Time - 2.10.2019

Fr. Jim's Jots!

Greetings!

Throughout the month of February, we celebrate Black History.  On Sunday, February 17, we will be having a special Youth Mass.  the youth of our parish will be participating and serving in different roles at the liturgy.  Please plan on attending.  How grateful we are to have our young people willing to serve Christ and his church.  Special thanks to our parents and our staff, who are involved in youth ministry: Sarah Longfield, Liz Wiznerowicz, Almetia Strother and Annie McEntee, Director of Religious Education.

Sarah Longfield will be helping our high school students interview alumni of Bishop Van de Vyver School and St. Joseph Parish.  What a wonderful project its is to learn about and save a historical record of those who attended both this school and parish.

Blessings,

Fr. Jim
