Greetings!

Throughout the month of November, we are invited to think about and pray for those who have died.  A special Book of the Dead will be available starting this Sunday.  You may write the names of your loved ones and we will remember them throughout the month.

Also, in November, we are invited and asked, as a church, to pray for an increase of vocations to the priesthood and religious life.  When you pray the Rosary, perhaps early at Mass on Sunday mornings or Wednesdays at six or Fridays at noon, pray for increase of vocations, in particular, for the Catholic Diocese of Richmond.

Tomorrow, November 4th, I leave for India, to the city of Goa, to celebrate a marriage of a couple that I helped with marriage preparations and to acquire a green card/Visa.  I will be gone through next week and return November 15th or 16th.  Please pray for my safe travels.
