One of our oldest parishioners, 94-year-old Phyllis, got vaccinated against COVID-19.

"People in my age group, our (remaining) life can be short.  We need to protect ourselves as much as possible.  I know that getting the vaccine would prevent me from getting COVID-19.  The vaccination is very easy and I had no reaction except a little bit of a headache for which I took Tylenol."
