Sixteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time
July 17, 2022
Fr. Jim's Jots
Greetings!
I wish to take the time to thank you for your kindness and generosity to Saint Elizabeth Parish.
We truly had a wonderful celebration for Sister Tiberh. From the planning committee to the set-up and clean-up folks, we sure were open, helpful and flexible with changing sites and having everything perfect. The Gospel Choir did an outstanding job praising the Lord.
Sister Tiberh's family members and her fellow Comboni Sisters all enjoyed this special celebration. Thank you Sister Tiberh for being a member of our parish at St. Elizabeth and we will miss you as you move to Chicago to continue your studies and get a Master of Divinity.
We are blessed to have the help of Eva Wiznerowicz as our new office receptionist. Some of Eva's tasks are the bulletins, Mass intentions, personal letter and correspondence from me, ordering office and church supplies and scheduling Mass intentions, to name a few. Welcome and thank YOU, Eva.
The life of the parish is never dull.
+ Fr. Jim Arsenault, Pastor
