The presentation and reading of the Apostolic Letter from His Holiness, Pope Francis, appointing the Most Reverend Barry Christopher Knestout.

Entry Procession continues with bishops from all over the country.  The Most Reverend Barry Christopher Knestout, His Excellency The Most Reverend William E. Lori, Metropolitan Archbishop of Baltimore and His Eminence, Donald Cardinal Wuerl.
