Greetings,
Last week we had a special blessing for our parishioners who are heading off to College, May the Lord bless them and keep them safe this new academic year. We are also gathering information on all children of the parish for religious education. If you are not registered in the parish, please register. There are welcome packets in the back of the church vestibule or contact the parish office.
Special thanks to Liz Wiznerowicz and her summer learning program, Tusome Pamoja. What a wonderful gift of education! Volunteers who helped are: Liz Wiznerowicz, Kenya Gray, Dawn Smith, Debra Edwards, Mary Rose Purcell, Buzzy and Carolyn Lawler, Steve Wiley, Peg Baker, David Woodburn, Michelle Surat, Charles Curbeam, Eva Wiznerowicz, Noe Uwimana, Yves Uwimana, Joe Ressler, Rozi Carlsen, Faith Sasser, Benjamin Sasser, Graycie Casey and Chris Chamberlain.
The fantastic students who participated in the summer program are: David Tasile, Mercy Diem, Vincent Ndizihiwe, Matthew Shishi, Abedi Shishi, Remis Shishi, Fabrice Niyitanga and Spay Adou.
A big thanks to you all for helping to protect our most vulnerable by your wearing masks during Mass. It is so helpful and important.
